The original idea for a training program for restoration businesses began in 2014 when Founder, Lynne Sadowski was consulting for a national franchisor in mold restoration and infection prevention. Lynne developed a sales and restoration marketing training curriculum for the franchisees to help them promote their new businesses. Soon, Lynne realized that face-to-face marketing could only grow so many relationships, no matter how many marketing reps you had, and no matter how good and efficient each one was.
To truly build a solid relationship with anyone, business or personal, you must be able to consistently commit time and energy to that relationship. You must nurture that relationship. With only 24 hours in a day, one person can only successfully nurture about two dozen solid relationships – and that’s if they have amazing time management skills and nothing else to do.
After much research and several certification courses in Inbound Marketing methodologies, Lynne realized the impact that Inbound Marketing, when paired with a marketing CRM, automation, and a lead nurturing system could have on the restoration industry. One individual could actually build and proliferate hundreds, and eventually thousands of strong relationships. Long-gone would be the days of meeting someone, touching base once or twice, and then failing to follow up with them again because of hectic schedules and time limitations.

That’s when she decided to make it official and form Simpedia: a company that focused solely on the restoration industry, training teams on best practices utilizing face-to-face marketing with today’s technology to create a comprehensive Relationship Marketing system. But to make this the company she dreamed of, she couldn’t do it alone. She needed a team she could count on to help launch Simpedia successfully.
With her many years of experience in teaching and sales, a BS Degree in Education, and a BS Degree in Business, it made perfect sense to bring Lynne’s long-time friend and former co-worker, Carma on board as her business partner.
To best serve their clients, Lynne and Carma decided to bring professionals on board their team who had as many years of experience in SEO and Inbound Methodology as Lynne and Carma had experience in sales, restoration marketing and training.
